Here at DFL we appreciate your support in using our tool for your data recovery cases and drive refurbishing needs.
The team of DFL is here to work with all our clients to better our tool and manual for your use. We understand you have heard these words spoken in the past by other manufactures of tools. Our company is new to the recovery industry and we want to be different. We want to offer our clients the best possible tool for their recovery needs and a manual to make using our tool easier.
When our company first released our DFL WD program to the data recovery industry we experienced some major disappointment with some of the people who purchased our tool. Our first repair tool and material that came with the tool was handed over to other companies and some of our competitors. In doing so some of the functions in our tool were copied by these companies and competitors. As you all know the data recovery industry is not just copying other companies programs and code to incorporate into another tool. When code is copied this creates bugs inside the program and tool it was copied into. This sort of theft from another company can destroy client’s data if the company who stole this material can not make it work correctly and understand the functions it was designed for. The theft of such material will sooner or later destroy the business reputation of the company who stole this material from us and used it to improve their own tools.
Considering the time invested by our company to research the hard drives, with the material, test the code, debug all our code before you receive the update should constitute some respect from you in not handing out this to another company. We at DFL are working hard for you so that you can have a tool that works and a tool that is like no other tool on the market today. We ask that you please respect us in not giving out this information to another company or one of our competitors.
We at DFL can not tolerate such behavior on the part of our clients. If we find out that anyone has given our material to an unauthorized third party; this person will be made an example of. We will ban this person from any further information pertaining to our tool, updates, and will seek justice for the violation of copy right laws and damages to our company.
We are fortunate that most of our clients are respectful and do not hand out our material to unauthorized users of our tool. Therefore when new material is available we will pass the updates out to our clients. We will work with each one of our clients to ensure the success of their business. We will continue to work hard in updating our manuals and supply videos on how the tool is used. We feel that the more we can help you succeed in your business the more respect you will have towards our company.
