WD Hard Drive model WD7500AYYS which can not be heard turning motor, I would like to confirm that the short on PCB board with number 2060-701474 are in P9 and P10 since it does not yield any result and I do not find data for this board.

P9 and P10 are correct to short but If the motor is not spinning, you can try to swap PCB and regenerate original rom and write original rom, if still not spinning, it can be head damage too.
