HELLO  i have WD20EZAZ   AFTER FAST FORMATE   all data have 0  the hdd i see is SMR  
how can i recovery it  by dfl de

You need a combination of DFL-WD hdd repair tool to backup and repair module 190 and then you need to use DFL-DE for auto loading. Make sure you are using the latest software DFL all in one V2.31.
