hello,
1 client send me wd 2Tb external drive. which client say that he is accidently format drive. when scan in R Studio and other software no file were recover. any suggestion please.

Which tool of DFL are you Using SRP or PCIE. Have you tried to scan the drive in DFL. Try to scan the drive in DFL and see what does it show. I possible i can have a look at your drive by teamviewer

i have dfl srp 3.0 and running latest software. i acnt connect it on srp.

try to view the hex data by LBA and see if the hex values are there or just 00000

I think this is one of wd smr drive. Maybe all data filled by 00.

ya u r right this mcu locked pcb. without unlock pcb cant do.
