Hello Friend, are you talking about the futuer of hard disk data recovery? Dolphin team starts coming back to work from Today and from next Monday, everything returns to normal after the Chinese New Year's Holiday.

I think he means the future of mechanical HDD's.
Well, I think they still continue for several years.
But, I also think that flash recoveries will become more and more often.

This month, an important milestone has been reached in the world of solid state storage. For the first time, the capacity of an SSD was greater than that offered by a hard drive. The largest hard drives on the market today are 10TB, but Samsung has hit a 16TB SSD. According to Toshiba, this storage division will grow massively in the next 5 years.
The 16TB SSD is a significant achievement not only because of the huge storage capacity, but because the SSD retained its 2.5-inch format. Anything above 2TB on a hard drive and you are looking for a 3.5 inch drive. And the size of the storage component is increasingly important when you consider that consumers continue to move away from desktop PCs and to Ultrabooks, tablets and smartphones. The same is true in data centers where space is always at a premium.

So how big is the difference between HDD and SSD going to arrive in the next few years?
Nobuo Hayasaka, a chief engineer at Toshiba Semiconductor & Storage Company, expects hard drive capacity to reach at least 20 TB by 2020. However, it is possible that they double that to 40TB, maintaining a 3, 5 inch factor. For SSDs, he paints a very different picture. Next year, we can expect 32TB drives. By 2017 this will increase to 64TB, and by 2018 we will see the 128TB drives hit the market. In addition to the 2018 SSD capacity is expected to speed up, which means it will not take a whole year to reach 256TB and so on.
We all knew that SSDs would eventually replace the hard drives as the storage format of choice, but it always seemed like 5 years for me. However, it is happening now, and by 2018 the transition will probably be completed. Consumers will be buying into a market that reflects how memory cards are sold now - a new and larger card comes to the market and the prices of smaller cards fall on a cliff. Expect the same for SSDs, only when we reach 128TB drives will it be 1-5TB SSD price hitting stone bottom, and I welcome that day.
