Dolphin Data Lab has recently worked out one unique data recovery technology for new western digital hard drives such as the WD PCB1698 series, 17XX, 18XX and 19XX series, that's the 5c loading technology. Hello Nuno, 5c is something like the module 11 and if it is damaged, you need to find one donor module with the same microcode.
If the new drives have 13, then you just need to load 13.

NO, friend, 11 is a must; you need to load 5c and then 11, or 13 and then 11 or 11.
