We often meet busy problem of Seagate 7200.12 CC31 and CC32(FW version series), in many situations the M and N command fail to repair this busy problem and now DFL-DE has integrated one automatic hdd repair solution to this problem and after repairing it, you can easily use the file recovery module of DFL-DE to get the data recovered.
