+1 regarding online training. It's *so* frustrating trying to learn DR when there are no affordable training options and no books on the subject, other than those for specific hardware (SD products and the DFL-WDII). The only online training I found is $2,000 and is very dated, from what I understand, having been designed by Scott Moulton many years ago and never revised.
