Fujitsu HDD Firmware Features

As for the Fujitsu hdd firmware structure, I felt it's a little bit different as others. For hdds even with the same models, the hdd physical structure and data structure can be different. The SA module table is saved in the ROM, but maybe because the module names contained in the ROM are not in the platter SA area and some modules cannot be read.

Well, I felt it a mess for the Fujitsu firmware design but when there's damage in the Fujitsu hdd and become undetected, we can analyze the modules in the cache.

The hdd family info is stored in the ROM too. For Fujitsu hard drive, the ROM failure is not common, the common failures are usually PCB failure, SMART module problem, hard drive encryption, translator, etc.
