Within this video case study, users can learn to fix some undetected WD hdds, sometimes, users just need to load one compatible LDR; users can also learn for PCB1640 series, users must load module 11 in normal mode. Actually from version 2.4, this is not necessary due to the DIR searching function added. Users can access to modules directly by ABA mode even if the hard drives are undetected.
