Hello friends,
We suspected there're some malicious attack on our website sending too many visits at the same time and the server may block these malicious ip visits and sometimes, some users may not reach our website, forum and even email normally.
We are negotiating with our server supplier to blacklist those malicious ips and secure the server further.
here is the alternative support email in case our official emails don't work for you. I have asked many clients, most of them can use our sites normally.
