help for ST10000DM004 head replace

hello i have hard  ST10000DM004  
BarraCuda Pro 
Helium  hdd 
the problem the motor stuck and can't rotate  and head stuck in plate 
i replace the plate to new hdd and replace head swap  
the hdd power on and the motor run but the sound  in head try to read and the hdd stop 
what this problem 
any help

1st: Donor hdd is compatible or not?
2nd: This kind of heads may require adaptive rom

hi  i used the donor same 
and  how can read  adaptive rom from dead hdd ? this no can access  and  where pin in pcb to read by com port ?
and  after i swap i see

FAIL Servo Op=0100 Resp=0007
findbadhead 0008
