DDP Fujitsu MJA head selecting image problem

Hello.
I have a head selecting image problem.
Enable head selecting process only shown 2 heads. Head 0, Head 1, not shown Head 2. But shown bitmap Head 2. I need Head 1-2 imaging process.

what is the problem of this hdd. if hdd has no clicking , try to image without selective head function. when u use without selective head keep your eyes about bad sectors.
