The Dolphin Data team has provided truly excellent service.
I had a problem with a software upgrade. A Dolphin Data support person logged in to my recovery units, diagnosed the problem and provided a solution. They took extra time to make improvements and to suggest the best outcome for the best price. Their attention to detail and level of care were outstanding.
When I ordered some new equipment shipping was done on the same day. The sales and support team provided information at all times, without delay.
