Video Case Study: Fixing WD Undetected HDD By Loading LDR & Auto DIR Searching
#1
All users can watch this video case study on our Youtube Channel:

High-quality video is available for download in the user-only forum.

Within this video case study, users can learn to fix some undetected WD hdds, sometimes, users just need to load one compatible LDR; users can also learn for PCB1640 series, users must load module 11 in normal mode. Besides, users can check the new feature in WDII version 2.4, the auto DIR searching from tracks; Finally users can check the operation of extracting modules from tracks. Actually from version 2.4, this is not necessary due to the DIR searching function added. Users can access to modules directly by ABA mode even if the hard drives are undetected.

New clients can view more details on our DFL-WDII hdd repair tool here.
